Direct Debit Guarantee

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.

This Guarantee is your protection:
If there are any changes to the amount, date, or frequency of your Direct Debit, Arrow Development will notify you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Arrow Development to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of your request.
Your rights:
You are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank if you request it. This is applicable if the amount has been paid in error. To obtain a refund, you must contact your bank.
Notification:
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Arrow Development or your bank, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your bank of the amount paid.
